Club Chateau

-Brass inlay around perimeter from foyer through the great room. Brass edges the light oak herringbone flooring between linear boarder and herringbone interior. 
-Entry table along Welcome Room wall.
-Picture frame millwork lines the walls from floor to ceiling.
-Reeded phantom glass sits between custom brass railings and bannister on staircase.
-The chandelier with its magnificent shape, size, and art deco design and metallic chains add a touch of glamour to any space.
-Coat closet hidden behind paneled walls.

Room Details

The foyer serves as an entryway situated at the entrance of the home. It serves as an initial space where people will enter, gather, and transition into other areas of the home. The foyer often functions as a reception area, where visitors are welcomed, coats hung, and sets the tone for the rest of the home. 

The Foyer

-Ethereal vibes emanate with lime wash and shimmering brass plaid metal detail on walls.  
-Bubble chandeliers made of artisanal glass.
-Bar stools with tubular shaping lends a fluid look on the upholstered style.
-Inlayed parquet flooring throughout,  bordered in brass with walnut edging.
-A brass textured wall covering mixed with a  white coffered design on the ceiling creates a timeless mix of glam and classic.
-The bay windows have been converted to doors opening to the front terrace with a curved settee sized perfectly for the homeowners two dogs to look out the window.

Room Details

The champagne room is an elegant space designed for relaxation and celebration, often associated with the enjoyment of champagne or other fine beverages. While not widely standardized, in only the chicest of estates will you find this room bustling with high-end decor, comfortable seating, and a refined atmosphere.

-Chandelier graces with elegant, fluted glass.
-Built-in warm wood cabinetry flanking the fireplace serves as a beverage station for coffee and drinks as well as hidden storage.
-A large scale motif on the ceiling inspired by the sculpture, geometric forms of mid 20th century, art and design presents a grand graphic interplay of pattern and tone on a grand scale.
-Classic millwork on the walls with honed dolomite wainscoting below.
-Curtain panels flanking windows.
-Vertical floor to ceiling honed dolomite on the fireplace.
-Furnishings are placed on top of a graphic black and white rug that speaks to the ceiling wall covering.
 


Room Details

The welcome lounge is a designated area designed to provide a warm and comfortable reception for visitors. The purpose of the welcome lounge is to make newcomers feel at ease, offering amenities such as seating, refreshments, conversation, and sometimes even the occasional card game. It serves as a space for initial interactions, relaxation, and orientation before moving on to their next destination or activity.

-Countertops: custom dazzling brass 
-Backsplash: antiqued mirror sits behind a beautifully structured marble lower splash
-Cabinets: white oak to coordinate with entertaining kitchen island. The end of the run has pantry style doors which open and slide back to reveal bev bar functionality comprising of a built in Miele, the filtered water fill, the under-counter ice maker, a countertop espresso machine, and a sink.
-Upper storage: brass and glass floating shelves offer easy access to pour all things liquid. 

Room Details

The beverage bar is the designated area positioned at the end of the entertainment kitchen and the foyer. It serves to house, coffee, tea, and other cool beverages. It will be used for serving non-alcoholic beverages and is designed to enhance the convenience and enjoyment of drink service in various settings. 

Beverage Bar

-Built-in bench seating beside fireplace. featuring tufted seating and accent lighting above the artwork.
-Leather and metal fireplace fenders crafted in front of the fireplace for cozy seating.
-Sofa: think hotel lobby, multi-conversation, or ultimate lounge with centered back and views to the entire space. Luxe to the max.

-The chandelier with its magnificent shape, size, and art deco design and metallic chains add a touch of glamour to any space.
-Windows: the arched solarium style windows overlook the pool and veranda. Stop by the window wall with a great book and a cup of something warm and melt in. 


Room Details

This great room is the spacious living area within the home that combines several rooms into one. It merges the foyer, living room, beverage bar, and entertainment kitchen into a single open area. This design fosters a grand atmosphere, featuring high coffered ceilings, arched marble fireplace wall encased in detailed millwork, large bay windows at the end of room, and ample space for various activities and gatherings.

Great Room

-Light oak wide plank flooring flank the room. A perimeter has been created around the island with a herringbone wood detail.
-13 foot island featuring double stacked white swan marble with light oak layer around perimeter with plenty of seating all around. 
-Feature wall is clad in marble as a detail echoed from the great room. The wall offers a view into the wine room alongside two frame TVs, picture framed in marble trim.
-Ceiling: illuminated tray outlined in brass, featuring a brass grid detail in center with three metal pendants gleaming from within as well as from the ceiling light above. 
-A long chaise lounge looks out to veranda as another luxe lounge location.

This entertaining kitchen is a kitchen designed with features and layouts that make it well-suited for hosting gatherings. Unlike a standard kitchen focused primarily on cooking, an entertaining kitchen prioritizes functionality and aesthetics that facilitate social interaction. This entertaining kitchen is designed to blend functionality with style, making it a central space for both cooking and socializing.

Entertainment Kitchen

-Step through reeded phantom glass into the entertaining kitchen that opens to the veranda as well as the courtyard. 
-This kitchen is fully equipped with high end everything for the most discerning chef. 
-Honed marble flooring runs from kitchen to brass clad wall in the car zone.
-Bar seating in the car zone with car inspired artwork.
-White oak double islands for prep and seating.
-Panel ready refrigerator and freezer with pantry clad in metal and mesh grilles.
-Glass, brass, and black metal illuminated hanging phantom hanging glass shelving over each island.
-A glass enclosed, brass walled garage bay for the car collecting homeowners that can be viewed while gathering in the kitchen area.

Room Details

A working kitchen refers to a kitchen that is actively used for food preparation and cooking. It is equipped with all the necessary tools, appliances, and equipment to handle various culinary tasks. This includes stoves, ovens, refrigerators, sinks, countertops, and utensils. Unlike a show kitchen which may be more decorative, a working kitchen is designed for practical, everyday use, often with an emphasis on efficiency, functionality, and organization to support regular cooking activities…this is not your average working kitchen however.
