Once the vision is established and construction is underway, our role expands to material and finish selection, curating a cohesive palette that carries seamlessly through every space. We conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, maintain quality control, and make real-time decisions as they arise. Whether it's a new build or a whole home renovation, keeping your project on track is as much a part of our work as the design itself.
The final phase of installation and styling is where it all comes together. Furniture is sourced through a deep understanding of how you live. We collaborate closely with suppliers, furniture makers, and artisans to confirm availability, compare pricing, and track orders through to delivery. Every detail is considered, every room is composed with intention, resulting in an interior that feels both elevated and unmistakably yours.

For new builds, we engage early alongside your architectural team to align on design direction from the start. This means reviewing floor plans, shaping spatial layouts, and ensuring the structural elements of the home reflect your interior vision before construction begins. For large-scale renovations, we work in tandem with architects and contractors to develop a comprehensive plan. Assessing the existing layout, identifying functional needs, and proposing changes that honor both the bones of the home and the life you want to live in it.
Home Builds & Large Scale Renovations
After construction is complete, your project is almost reaching the finish line! This is the fun part where we install and style your home and finish any last minute details of the space, preparing your home for you to sit back and relax and live your life.
installation / styling
We will act as a general advisory and liaison role between you and third party contractors to keep your project on task, coordinating site visits with architects, engineers, surveyors, etc.
project management / construction
Once the final design is chosen, design boards are presented, a photo-realistic 3D rendering and video fly-through will be presented, cabinet and millwork will begin, and furnishings will be sourced.
Final design
Utilizing 3D technology, we create a "white box" digital model of your space from which to start your project. Room elevations are created, design style is determined, and furnishings and fixtures are chosen.

After contracts are signed, we start the process with a kick off meeting to review the project scope, goals, timeline, and budget.
