There’s a unique magic in transforming a home’s heart, the first floor, into a sanctuary that feels both effortless and intentional. Project Oasis is exactly that: a thoughtful first-floor renovation where everyday living meets elevated design, and every corner invites connection, ease, and calm.

We approached this project with one goal in mind: to create a space that feels open, layered, and timeless, yet deeply personal to the way this family lives. By reimagining circulation, enhancing architectural rhythm, and introducing curated materials, we gave this home a refreshed sense of purpose. One that blends beauty with function from the front door to the furthest corner of the great room.

Project Oasis

The Updated Floor Plan

The kitchen was redefined as a central hub that is airy, warm, and full of life. An expanded layout and new windows bathe the space in light while hardwoods flow through the entire first floor. Thoughtful lighting and brass hardware add subtle sophistication, and the neutral color palette keeps the open space soothing and calm. Beyond the kitchen, built-ins and custom millwork bring style and personality to the dry bar, pantry spaces, and dining area.

Kitchen + Dining

We brought the same intentional layering to the welcome room and home office, crafting environments that are at once purposeful and warm. From a custom built-in to an elevated office space and bespoke seating areas, each detail reflects the way our clients move through their day.

Welcome Room + Office

The great room was redesigned for both intimacy and expansive living. With newly installed beams and tongue and groove on the vaulted ceiling, refreshed hearth details, and thoughtfully placed accent lighting, it’s a space that invites gathering, lounging, and lingering for the entire family.

The Great Room

From the refreshed powder bath to the mudroom’s smart updates, Project Oasis shows what’s possible when architecture and interiors speak the same design language. Crown moldings, decorative lighting, and a cohesive neutral palette unify the entire first floor, creating an "oasis"  that feels both timeless and elegant.
